All information collected from our customers will be used solely by Forget Me Not, LLC for internal purposes only. It will not be sold, published or transferred to any person, business, or entity outside our establishment.
Shipping and Handling
All packages are shipped either Priority Mail or UPS except for International addresses. Shipping and handling charges on all orders shipped Priority Mail or UPS within the contiguous United States are as follows:

We ship out several times each week. If you need your order shipped sooner, please select the Express Mail shipping option when checking out. Additional charges will be applied for all Express Mail shipping options as well as all packages shipped outside the contiguous United States.
International Shipping
There will be an additional charge for all orders shipped outside the contiguous United States. Orders with a total under $35.00 will be shipped airmail letter, not insured. Orders with a total over $35.00 will be shipped Air Parcel Post, insured. If you wish to have your order shipped Air Express, please indicate this in the comment section on the second page of your order form when checking out. You may also fax us at (920) 868-9535 Monday through Friday 10am-5pm Central Time or e-mail us at info@forgetmenotllc.com.
If you would like to know your exact total including shipping and handling you may type in your request in the comment section of your order form and we will e-mail you your total including shipping once the order has shipped.
Shipping and handling charges will be applied separately to your credit card.
Express Shipment
Need your package in a hurry? We can ship it Express Mail. Just type in a note in the comment section on the second page of your shopping cart when checking out that you would like express shipment. You will be charged the current Express Mail rate (through the United States Post Office) for this service. The cost is based on weight and location. Delivery will generally be 2nd day delivery, depending on location. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will not be shipped until the next business days.
PLEASE NOTE...Cost for 2nd day delivery is determined by weight and distance. If you would like to know the shipping and handling costs before your order is sent either telephone us at (920) 868-9530
or request that information in the 'Comment' section provided on the second page of your order form, otherwise we will ship as requested charging the total amount to your credit card provided. We can not send packages for overnight delivery.
*Any item(s) ordered which are not in stock at time of shipment will be placed on backorder and shipped when available only if the backorder item(s) total a minimum of $15. Total shipping charges on original order will apply.
Payment Policy
All mail orders must be a minimum of $15.00.
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. The four payment options available are:
- Online credit card submission - we accept Visa or Mastercard
- PayPal
- You have the option of placing your order and then calling us with your credit card number. You may call during regular business hours of Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT/CST. If you place your order during off hours please call the following regular business day with your credit card information.
- Orders shipped within the US may also pay by cashiers check or money order. Simply print your completed order and attach a cashiers check or money order made out to Forget Me Not, LLC and mail to the address below. Check orders will not be processed until the check is received. *Due to some changes in banking charges on money orders/cashier's checks incurred from payments outside the United States, we will only accept credit cards or PayPal as the method of payment on all international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Return Policy
We feel you will be very satisfied with your purchase; however, if for some reason you are not, you may return the item for a credit, exchange or refund. Any return requests must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. If returning items, please advise as to the reason for the return. All merchandise must be returned in original condition in the same or similar packaging in which they were received. We cannot credit shipping and handling charges. Please call us during regular business hours at (920) 868-9530 or e-mail us prior to returning any items to let us know what you are returning, and why. Original sales receipt must accompany all returns
Lay-Away Policy
We do offer a Lay-Away Policy for purchases of $150.00 or more. The Layaway is 1/3 down, 1/3 due in 30 days and the final 1/3 due in the next 30 days. When the order is processed, the credit card will be charged for the first month's layaway payment. Subsequent payments in the same amount will be charged the same day every month to the credit card. The order will be shipped the day the third and final payment is charged. In addition, an e-mail will be sent advising you that your order has shipped.
Invoices will not be sent out each month, but rather only one when the layaway is completely paid. It is the customer's responsibility to print out the order and keep track of the days that the credit card will be charged for the layaway payment.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify us if they move after placing their layaway or if their credit card expires before the layaway is completely paid.
Layaway payments are not refundable and nontransferable to other orders. In addition, once they have shipped, they cannot be returned.
Layaways going beyond the policy dates will result in items going back on the shelf with a 10% re-stock fee. The balance of the Layaway amount will be held for in-store credit.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Orders are accepted for items which are not yet in stock. There will be no refunds, exchanges or changes once a pre-order is placed.
